In-Person Pickup – Terms and Conditions
Business Hours
Goods are received on business days (Mon–Fri) from 08:10 to 16:30. In-person pickup (dispatch) of materials and parts is available from 08:30 to 16:30.
Transport
Please arrange suitable transport when picking up your order. We do not load private vehicles – the customer is responsible for handling the load themselves.
Securing the Load
The customer is responsible for securing the load properly. The customer must provide any additional materials (pallets, blocks, securing elements) independently.

Getting here
The LASERCUT workshop sits inside the Hydronika Nova industrial park. The solid line on the plan runs from the bus stop around the main hall; the dashed line is the shorter pedestrian shortcut.

- Priemyselné centrum Hydronika / Kapitulský dvor – roughly 500 m from the stop, about a 6-minute walk.
- Parking and access
- The entrance to the Hydronika Nova park is from Gogoľova street. The GLS car park is a useful landmark inside the site.
- Entrance and dispatch
- The entrance is at the end of the side road next to the EHOSS building – it is marked “Entrance” on the plan.
