This Quality Policy represents the commitment of LASERCUT s.r.o. to ensuring the highest level of quality within the services provided under the LASERCUT brand, including laser cutting of metals, bending, CNC machining, welding and comprehensive custom manufacturing of metal parts.

The aim of this policy is to define the principles, standards and procedures on the basis of which we ensure reliable, safe and high-quality manufacturing in accordance with customer requirements, the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the European Union, and international standards.

The management of LASERCUT s.r.o.:

• EN 10088 / EN 10025 / EN 10204 – material standards
• EN 1090 – steel and aluminium structures (depending on the type of product)
• EN ISO 9606 – welder qualification
• ISO 2768 / ISO 286 – general tolerances
• ISO 9001 – quality management system

Every part undergoes inspection:

• Dimensional
• Visual
• Tolerance inspection
• Surface quality inspection

Since all LASERCUT products are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, we are committed to ensuring:

• Accurate processing of documentation

• Providing recommendations in the case of non-manufacturable or problematic designs

• Professional processing of materials supplied by the customer (where the project permits)

We implement a quality control system at every step of manufacturing:

• EN 10204 certificates
• Visual inspection
• Thickness and flatness
• Material identification

5.2 In-process control

• Continuous measurement of dimensions
• Monitoring of cutting parameters (speed, power, gas pressure)
• Inspection of bending accuracy
• Inspection of weld quality

5.3 Final inspection

• Measurements according to the drawing
• Photographic documentation
• Inspection of surface and edges
• Packaging according to logistics standards

Our technical team is made up of certified specialists. We are committed to providing:

• Training in laser technologies and CNC
• Regular retraining on safety and quality standards
• Upskilling within the scope of EN 1090 and ISO 9606
