Wattsan 1530 – a versatile fiber laser cutter for everyday production

1500 × 3000 mmup to 6 kWstandard sheets

The Wattsan 1530 is a compact fiber laser cutting machine with a 1500 × 3000 mm working area. It is intended for small and medium production operations that need a reliable solution for the precise cutting of sheet metal in standard formats.

This fiber laser cutter is suited to producing parts for mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive components, advertising structures, metal covers, brackets and various technical parts. With power of up to 6 kW it can process several types of metal, including carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

The Wattsan 1530 is a practical choice whenever precise production, a good performance-to-price ratio and flexibility across different types of orders are required.

Wattsan 2040 – an industrial laser cutter for demanding work

2000 × 4000 mmup to 20 kWdemanding production

The Wattsan 2040 is a more robust industrial solution with a 2000 × 4000 mm working area. It is a more powerful industrial laser cutter intended for more demanding production, larger sheet formats and higher production loads.

The machine can be equipped with a laser source rated up to 20 kW, allowing the efficient processing of thicker materials and faster cutting on larger batches. The machine is built for high stability, precision and long-term operation in industrial conditions.

The Wattsan 2040 is suited to producing larger metal parts, structural elements, technical components, thicker sheets and orders where high productivity is essential.

Laser technology at LASERCUT

At LASERCUT we use modern laser equipment for the precise cutting of metals to each customer's requirements. We process the technical documentation, prepare the nesting layout of parts on the sheet, calculate the material needed and handle production from the prototype through to series manufacturing.

Our laser technology is designed for companies that need a reliable partner for producing precise metal parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised sheet or other metal materials.

Laser technology for precise metal cutting

Modern laser technology enables the fast, precise and repeatable processing of metal sheets across a wide range of industries. At LASERCUT we use fiber laser machines, which are among the most efficient solutions for cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, copper and other metal materials.

In international technical terminology such equipment is also referred to as a laser cutting machine, fiber laser cutter or industrial laser cutter. Their main advantages are high cutting precision, a clean edge, fast production and the ability to handle small batches, prototypes as well as larger production orders.

How a fiber laser works

A fiber laser works by concentrating a high-power laser beam into a very small point. This beam acts on the surface of the metal, where the material locally melts or vaporises. At the same time an assist gas — such as oxygen, nitrogen, air or argon — is fed into the cut, helping to blow the molten material out of the kerf.

The result is a precise, narrow and repeatable cut with minimal thermal deformation of the material. The fiber laser is particularly suited to cutting sheet metal and to producing technical parts, engineering components, signage elements, structural parts, covers, brackets, stiffeners and other metal products.

Which laser is used for which type of job?

For jobs from standard sheets, smaller batches, prototypes or technical parts of ordinary dimensions, the Wattsan 1530 is the right fit. This machine efficiently processes a wide range of metal materials and is ideal for flexible production based on the customer's drawing documentation.

For larger parts, thicker sheets or series production, the Wattsan 2040 is the better choice. A larger working area, higher power and robust construction enable faster and more efficient processing of more demanding jobs.

Why laser technology matters in the production of metal parts

Laser cutting is today one of the most precise and efficient methods of separating metal materials. Compared with traditional cutting methods it delivers higher precision, less waste, faster production and the ability to easily repeat the same shape across large quantities of pieces.

Thanks to modern CNC systems it is possible to prepare an optimal nesting layout of parts on the sheet, reduce material consumption and precisely calculate the number of sheets needed for a specific order. This is especially important in custom manufacturing, where precision, material cost and delivery speed are decisive.
