All materials are supplied from our stock of certified European steel. To maintain our internal production standards, cutting quality, and guaranteed final precision, we do not process customer-supplied material. Available finishes depend on the material: natural, vibrated, brushed, mirror, and sandblasted. Check the material detail page for options.

Yes, we can provide the relevant material certification and standards for each material on request.

We primarily accept DXF files only, and they must fully comply with the requirements of the DESIGN MANUAL for laser cutting of sheet metal.

The DXF must contain exactly one part at 1:1 scale in millimeters. Only cutting contours are allowed — no dimensions, notes or non-cut elements. All lines must be closed, without intersections or open ends. Text must be converted to outlines. Engraving must be clearly marked (separate layer or PDF). More details in the DESIGN MANUAL.

Yes, engraving is supported. However, all engraved elements must be clearly and definitively specified in a technical PDF drawing. The DXF file is primarily intended for cutting and may include only auxiliary markings (e.g. a separate layer) — the technical documentation is always the binding source.

All text must be converted to curves (outlines/paths) before uploading. Unconverted fonts may display incorrectly or cause cutting errors.

Maximum sheet size is 4000x2000 mm. Parts within this size receive an instant quote. For larger requirements, contact us.

The price consists of material (~40%), cutting time (~50%) and setup (~10%). The final price is mainly driven by material type and thickness, cut length and shape complexity, quantity (batch size), as well as additional operations (e.g. engraving, deburring) and the time required for preparation and calibration.

Yes, the price per piece decreases with higher quantities as setup costs are spread across more parts.

Prices in the configurator are shown without VAT. VAT is displayed separately at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID may qualify for reverse charge.

A small setup fee is included in the price to cover machine preparation. It's automatically calculated and shown in the total.

We deliver across Slovakia and the entire European Union via DHL Express and Toptrans logistics.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after production is complete. Express shipping options are available.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination. Self-pickup from our Bratislava facility is free.

Yes, self-pickup is available from our facility in Bratislava. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Yes, express production (24-48 hours) and express shipping are available for an additional fee.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and online payment via TatraPay. For businesses, we also offer payment on invoice.

Payment is collected at checkout before production begins. For invoice payments, standard 14-day terms apply.

If parts don't meet specifications, we'll remake or refund them. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Our standard cutting tolerance is ±0.1 mm for most materials. For thicker materials (>10 mm), tolerance may be ±0.2 mm.

Minimum hole diameter equals the material thickness. For example, in 2 mm steel, the minimum hole is 2 mm diameter.

Yes, we offer CNC bending, welding, and surface treatments as additional services.

We use modern fiber laser technologies. Our machine park includes 4 types of lasers: three high-power machines for sheet cutting with up to 20 kW, and one tube and profile cutting laser with 6 kW.

Fiber laser cutting produces clean, smooth edges with minimal heat affected zone. Most parts require no post-processing.
