LaserCut provides digital quoting and manufacturing coordination services for precision metal cutting. We act as a digital intermediary between clients and verified production partners.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate data, valid design files (.DXF, .DWG, .PDF), and refrain from uploading any harmful or illegal content. You are responsible for your account activity.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are generated automatically based on uploaded designs and chosen materials. Payment is processed securely via integrated partners. LaserCut reserves the right to adjust pricing or reject invalid orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform interfaces, algorithms, and visual content are the intellectual property of Lasercut s.r.o. Uploading files does not transfer ownership of designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaserCut is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from manufacturing delays, shipping errors, or force majeure events. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

7. Modifications of Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Any significant change will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Slovak and EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
