We have opened our e-shop: ready-made metal products from our own production

The LASERCUT e-shop is live. Alongside custom laser cutting you can now buy finished metal products from our own production — a welding table, a steel staircase, a container superstructure, a sheet metal rack and a machine base frame. Ordering runs online in three steps, and in the last one you choose whether to collect the piece in Bratislava or have it delivered to your address.

What the e-shop sells

We are opening with the five pieces customers used to order from us one enquiry at a time. Instead of asking for a quote and waiting, you can now buy them directly:

Every product shows the price excluding VAT, the VAT amount, the total including VAT and an indicative lead time. Pieces that are always built to measure read “Price on request” instead — we e-mail the price once we know your dimensions.

What the products have in common

Nothing here is resold. Everything in the e-shop is made in Bratislava on the same machines we cut custom parts on:

• parts are cut on our own CNC fibre lasers and welded in our own workshop
• load-bearing structures are made of structural steel with a protective base coat
• material grade, thicknesses, dimensions and weight are listed in the technical parameters table
• each product comes with an assembly drawing, a parts list, a material certificate and a warranty card
• dimensions can be adapted to your needs — just get in touch before ordering

What a product page shows

Each product page is built so that you do not have to ask us anything first:

• Gallery — photos from production and of the finished piece, plus video on some products.
• Description and key advantages — what the product is for and how it differs from ordinary workshop work.
• Applications — the specific operations and jobs the piece is designed for.
• Technical parameters — material, surface finish, dimensions, load capacity, weight and unloading requirements.
• Documentation — assembly drawing, parts list, certificates and the technical data sheet — to download or on request.
• Request a quote — the row under the configurator with the button that uploads your own drawing when you need the piece made to measure.

How ordering works

An order takes three steps, with no registration and no phone call needed:

1. 1CartChoose the quantity and add the product to the cart. The cart shows the subtotal and the VAT.
2. 2DeliveryEnter the delivery address and choose whether to collect the piece yourself or have it shipped.
3. 3PaymentPick card payment or bank transfer and confirm the order with the “Confirm order” button.

You then get an order number and an e-mail with the confirmation, the production date and the payment details. When the transport is quoted separately, its price is confirmed in that same e-mail before dispatch.

Delivery and payment

E-shop products are bulky and heavy, so there are two ways to get them:

• Personal collection — Bratislava — no shipping cost; we agree the collection slot by phone.
• Nova Post — delivery to address — oversized pieces go straight to you, not to a branch. The transport price is calculated from your address and the shipment dimensions and confirmed by e-mail.

There are two ways to pay:

• Card online — Visa or Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay — a secure payment through the Tatra banka gateway, right inside the order.
• Bank transfer (proforma) — you get the proforma invoice as soon as the order is confirmed; production starts once the payment is credited to our account.

Your own drawing: a made-to-measure enquiry right on the product

Every product in the shop can also be built to your drawing. Under the configurator on the product page sits the line “Need a different part? Send us a drawing and we will e-mail you the price.” with a Request a quote button. It opens a form you upload the drawing straight into — no hunting for an e-mail address, no spelling out which piece you mean.

1. 1Upload filesDrag the drawing into the dashed box or pick it with the “Choose files” button. Any format works and several files at once, and each one can be removed again before you send. At least one file is required — the form says so if it is missing.
2. 2Contact detailsYou fill in the e-mail we send the price to, plus first name, surname and phone if you like. Signed in, the fields arrive pre-filled from your account and only need checking.
3. 3Project notesYou add the quantity, material, deadline and surface-finish requirements, then hit “Send”.

Sending shows a “Request received” confirmation and we come back with a made-to-measure quote. The enquiry note automatically carries the product name and its code, so we answer about the exact piece you opened it from. It commits you to nothing — the price arrives by e-mail and orders nothing.

• The format is not your problem — DXF, DWG, PDF and a scan or photo of a sketch all go through, and you can attach several files at once.
• The file transfer is protected and encrypted.
• The enquiry cannot be sent without a file; if you have no finished drawing yet, attach at least a dimensioned sketch.
• Use the same form when all you need is a standard product in different dimensions — say so in the notes.
• Open the enquiry from the product closest to what you need; that is where we start from too.

And if you need your own parts cut, laser cutting works as before: upload a DXF or DWG, choose the material, thickness and quantity, and the price appears instantly.
